Everything, just excellent, if you don't want to face the huge prices of the island nearby and want a premium hotel, this is it

The hotel felt luxurious. Everything looked new and clean. The crew was really nice and helpful, especially the two people at breakfast and Gustavo (I think that was his name) at reception during night. We will definitely stay at Kplatz next time we visit Floripa. Also a big thumbs up for the food court in the complex!

Good value for money, the staff was super polite and attentive. Room is spacious, silent and clean,bed comfortable. And the bathroom is 👌
