Great location. Mall at the base of hotel so great access to a variety of food. Spacious rooms, great service!

The hotel felt luxurious. Everything looked new and clean. The crew was really nice and helpful, especially the two people at breakfast and Gustavo (I think that was his name) at reception during night. We will definitely stay at Kplatz next time we visit Floripa. Also a big thumbs up for the food court in the complex!
